From Raw Material to Finished Piece
Our Production Process
Material Sourcing
We source only the finest raw materials — FSC-certified hardwoods, premium metals, hand-selected marble, and high-grade upholstery fabrics from trusted suppliers across India and internationally.
Design & Prototyping
Our in-house design studio develops each piece through detailed CAD drawings and hand-built prototypes. Every proportion, joint, and finish is refined before production begins.
Master Craftsmanship
Skilled artisans with decades of experience shape, carve, join, and assemble each piece by hand. Traditional techniques — mortise and tenon, hand-dovetailing, hand-carving — are preserved alongside modern precision tools.
Surface Finishing
Multi-stage finishing processes including hand-sanding, staining, lacquering, and polishing. Each surface is inspected under controlled lighting before proceeding to the next stage.
Quality Inspection
Every finished piece undergoes a rigorous 47-point quality inspection covering structural integrity, surface quality, dimensional accuracy, and finish consistency before approval.
Export Packaging
Custom-engineered export packaging protects each piece through international transit. Corner guards, foam inserts, and moisture barriers are tailored to each product's dimensions and fragility.

Brass casting, aluminium die-casting, stainless steel fabrication, powder coating, and electroplating for furniture frames, legs, and decorative hardware.
Upholstery Studio
Hand-tied spring systems, high-density foam cutting, fabric and leather upholstery, hand-tufting, and custom piping for seating and soft furnishings.
Stone & Glass
Marble cutting, edge profiling, and polishing; tempered glass fabrication, sandblasting, and art glass techniques for tabletops and decorative panels.
Finishing Lab
Controlled-environment spray booths, UV-cured lacquers, hand-applied patinas, gilding, and distressing techniques for authentic aged finishes.
Packaging & Dispatch
